Let me introduce myself to you.  I have lived in Utah all my life.  I love it here!  I love the mountains, lakes, deserts and the diversity the land has to offer.  Some of my hobbies are Motorcycles, Dirt bikes, Hiking, Mountains, Lakes, Camping Spending time with our adult kids.  My wife and I love to travel on the bike to all sorts of destinations. You will find me often showing up to your house on the Motorcycle.  

I have helped over 1,000 people with their real estate needs, from Apartment complexes, and light commercial to Land Development and residential.  I also help with property management.  I take a common sence approach in all my dealings.  From pricing the property, to why you shouldn't buy a property.  People love that I don't gloss over flaws in the home, I point them out and let you recognise them to see if you can live with it or not.  

Ultimately you are the one who I work for!  I recognize that your needs truly come first.  I will always voice my opinion, I will always be honest with you, and I will always have your back!  Real Estate is emotional and people know from the time they drive up the house if they are going to buy it or not.  I know the seller's and buyer's mind set!  I know how to effectively market your place.  Marketing and communication is number one in my game!
